Once you have finished the Badass Six Weeks or Three Months coaching package you can continue your journey of success with this accountability program. Providing you the support you need to achieve your goals throughout the year.

The Badass 1:1 Coaching Program - Three Months

  • Each session is weekly for 1.5 hours

  • You will receive a workbook.

  • You will be automatically enrolled into the Badass Mental Fitness program.

  • You will have email support on a weekly basis Weds - Fri 6pm-9pm.

  • You will receive access to additional resources

  • All sessions are done virtually via Zoom.

  • Payment Plans are available.

The Badass Monthly 1:1
Accountability Program

Once you have finished the Badass Six Weeks or Three Month coaching package you can continue your journey of success with this accountability program. Providing you the support you need to achieve your goals throughout the year.

The Badass Monthly Coaching program - you will continue to work on your SMART goals for the year, possibly create new goals, discuss your progress, address any setbacks you may be experiencing and achieve MORE success!

  • Each session is monthly for 1.5 hours

  • Access to the Grow section within The Badass Mental Fitness program.

    (Only applicable to clients who went through the Three Month 1:1 Coaching Program)

  • Options: Six Months or 12 months.

  • Support via email & text message available between the hours of 7-9pm Mon-Weds. (Biweekly only)

  • Access to additional resources

Mental Fitness Coaching

This coaching helps you build resilience through daily exercises and weekly video sessions, supported by clear progress tracking.
